The way CSS has been developed is wrong. It’s too dictatorial and does’s not meet the need of the people on the ground. I think its the designers and developer’s turn. (Thanks fellow tumbler Paul Giacherio for pointing me this way!)
I just which he would set the group up as a real entity :)
